R&D Section Manager
- Responsibilities included product definition, development and marketing of high-Speed Clock and Driver Amplifier Modules for OC-48, OC-192 and OC-768 markets.
- Successfully managed development and qualified a number of clock generation modules and oscillators in the high-speed optical communications market at 2.5Gb/s, 10Gb/s and 40Gb/s. Managed customer relationship and worked closely with system design teams at major telecom suppliers.

- Future product strategy and product definition in the area of high speed wireless. Prototype development of 60GHz Radio 100/1000 Mb/s including Gigabit interface between fiber and radio. Developed very high modulation bandwidth oscillator at 15 GHz.
- Actively participated in the national / International standards bodies IEEE802.16 and Hiperaccess BRAN,ETSI for Broadband Wireless Access Systems.

- Product and Technology Development of RF/Microwave hybrid modules, Power Amplifiers, Radio Transceivers and Front-End Modules for Commercial Communications and Instrumentation market. Worked closely with design teams at major radio manufacturers
Productized industry first Tx and Rx modules with low noise VCO, frequency divider and frequency multipliers, up and down converters for digital radios in 15 to 40 GHz frequency range.
